We keep this simple because we collect very little.

What we collect
- Your email address, when you buy a Product or subscribe to updates.
- Order details (which Product, when, amount) needed to deliver and account for the sale.
- Download/usage records (which dataset, when, and the IP address of the request) - kept to run the service, enforce fair-use limits, and detect account or API-key sharing. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.
- Standard, minimal server logs for security and reliability.
Buying and downloading use a lightweight email-only account - you sign in with a one-time link sent to your email (a "magic link"); there is no password and no profile. We do not collect names, addresses or profiles beyond what a purchase needs.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To deliver your purchase and provide download links - performance of a contract.
- To send product updates you asked for - consent, withdrawable any time.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations - legal obligation.
Payments
Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered with them, not us, and we never see or store them.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run the store (payment, email delivery, hosting). We do not sell your data.
Retention
We keep order records as long as tax law requires, then delete them. You can ask us to remove your email from marketing at any time.
Your rights (GDPR)
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Reach us via our contact form and we will respond within statutory timeframes.
Cookies
We use only the minimal cookies needed for the site to function. No third-party advertising trackers.
